In accordance with our mission statement, we strongly believe in the importance of serving the community we share.  Enriching the neighborhood in which we live and work is an integral part of our philosophy.  We've contributed millions of dollars to the Windermere Foundation, which provides funds to programs that provide housing, food, clothing and emotional support to homeless families.  Every time you buy or sell a home with Windermere, a portion of the commission goes to the Windermere Foundation.  In addition, Windermere agents and staff organize Foundation fundraisers and give through payroll deductions.

One day each year, the entire company, more than 6,000 strong, spends the day giving back by providing hands-on assistance to a variety of community based projects.  That's more than 48,000 volunteer hours in just one day.  Since 1984, we have spent hundreds of thousands of hours on service projects in communities throughout the West through Community Service Day activities.
